Once payment has been verified by the practitioner, your booking status will be changed from “Pending” to “Approved”. If for some reason you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before the start of your appointment time. Please refer to the Informed Consent Form that you signed, regarding our refund and cancellation policies and procedures. The Informed Consent Form you signed was emailed to you.

If you have chosen to sponsor a pro-bono session for someone via our “Pay It Forward Sponsorship” program, once your non-refundable sponsorship payment has been verified, we will note it in our records and begin matching the sessions you have sponsored with the folks on our pro-bono waitlist! Your name/info will NOT be given to the recipients, and you will NOT be given any of their info, as per our Privacy Policy.
