After I receive the notification that your session(s) has been booked, I will double-check my calendar and if there are no conflicts I will confirm the appointment and you will receive either a text message (please note that messaging rates may apply depending on your carrier’s plan) or an email (please be sure to check your spam/junk folder if you have not gotten this confirmation in your inbox). If you need to cancel or reschedule, please be sure to do so at least 48 hrs before your appointment is due to start – please refer to the cancellation/refund policies in the Informed Consent form that you have signed and submitted.
If, for some reason, there is a conflict in my calendar, I will contact you so we can discuss alternative dates/times.
