Unsuccessful Cancellation

Unfortunately, you were not able to cancel your booking with us.

This might be because your attempt to cancel was within our non-cancellation time frame (At least 48 hours before the start of your appointment.). This may mean that our no-refund policy is in effect. Please refer to the Informed Consent Form that you signed prior to booking your first appointment, to read our policies and procedures regarding cancellations and refunds. A copy was sent to the email you provided to us when you first established yourself as our client.

If your cancellation is related to any dissatisfaction you may have with our services, and you no longer intend to be our client, we would very much appreciate it if you would please email us at customerservice@twiceblessedlife.com and let us know how your experience dissatisfied you, so we can hopefully find a positive way to resolve things.
